3 bed House in Great Cressingham Norfolk,with oil central heating,we have 3 nice size bedrooms, the main bedroom one being the biggest and has a built in airing cuboard in this room,we have upstaires bathroom with bath and over head shower.also we have sep downstaires w/c and a dineingroom whitch is a great size and has our large 6ft table and 6 chairs in this, nice medium sized lounge, and l shaped kitchen,there is also a separate utility room off from the kitchen whitch we have our large american firdge/freezer.rear garden is abut 80ft and all enclosed and non over looked ,there also is a patio bit as you come out of back door gr8 for sitting and sun bathing and having a bbq.
there is a gravel driveway for about 2/3 cars.
rent is about 102.21 per week
council tax band is band B
max number of people to live here is 6
property is owned by Flagship Housing Group
housing assoication.
WHAT WE NEED
we are looking for a 2 bed bungalow with a driveway,or a House in Lincolnshire that can be adapted or is already adapted for a disabled person with a wheelchair.and has trouble manageing staires also
my Husband has copd and other health matters and find stairs very hard,he is useing walking sticks and also a wheelchair to get about.
would also need a wet room or walk in shower, as he cannot manage a bath.would like a medium/large grassed garden as son is autistic and loves his trampoline.
a nice kitchen/diner or lounge/diner or sep dineingroom for our table and chairs to go would be gr8.
looking for rural suburb only, plz, do not want any large cities or estates, this is a small village we live in,so would like something abit similar, would like close to amenities ie drs,shops, bus routes etc.and the nearest high school please .

AREAS CONSIDERED ,Rural Lincolnshire, Been advised by Occupational Therapist My Husband needs a Bungalow really for his disability or a house with wetroom and other adaptions with a house that has been adapted for disabled persons, ie can have a stair lift fitted,ramp for wheelchair etc, or that can be adapted,
we have friends in Lincolshire that can offer us support and help when needed ty,

willing to do multi swaps with serious movers please
