WE WOULD LOVE A MOVE TO 3 OR 4 BED ON SUSSEX COAST NEAREST TO BRIGHTON OR HOVE AS POSSIBLE WOULD CONSIDER 45 MINUTES DRIVE AWAY COASTAL PREFERRED.

I have a 3 bedroom semi-detached council house in Norwich, Lakenham on edge of estate, mostly all bought, in catchment area for best primary school in South Norfolk, Trowse Primary, near City, 15 minute walk and also ten minutes to river and countryside NR1 2HZ.
Good for commuting, near A47 for Great Yarmouth, Kings Lyn and the Broads and also on outer ring road for London and Cambridge. Has gas central heating, not double glazed but council to do this and bathroom this year. 2 large bedrooms one small, but not box.
Established medium-sized gardens front and back and concealed with fences and established privets and trees, pets allowed. Near bus routes and have great neighbours both sides.
I am looking for anything council or Housing Association, house, maisonette or flat, 3 or 4 bedrooms in BRIGHTON HOVE OR SURROUNDING SUSSEX COASTAL REGION WOULD CONSIDER ANYTHING UP TO 45 MINUTES ACCESSIBLE DRIVE FROM BRIGHTON & HOVE, any condition, near a good school would be an advantage. Need to move to be near elderly mum. No time waters please would be willing to move before Christmas. Rent on house is 65.00 a week which includes all water rates and it is a Norwich City Council property with full right to buy Council Tax is 80.00 a month single occupancy.
Will keep my fingers crossed!!!
Send me a private message with your email and I can send you some pics and some more details.

Thanks for your concern but I am still looking to move to Brighton.
My mum has been admitted to hospitala and never made the move to Norwich so we are still off to Brigthon on somewhere nearby.
We have re-posted everyone.
regards
Kendra
PS hope your move went well
