3 bed detached in berkshire req. 3 bed Isle of Wight or anywhere coastal.This is rare to find in Reading 3 bedroom detached house is in a quiet and friendly cul-de-sac. Our garden border's a nature reserve with lots of wildlife, (Check us out on Google Earth). The garden is mature and is on three sides of the house with a large 5mx4m workshop at one end of the house (you can get a car in it if you want to). There is a drive big enough for 2 cars and a small front garden.
We also have a Downstairs toilet is 6ft x 3ft. The kitchen/diner is large (18ft x 12ft) with ceramic tiled flooring. The living room is 18ft x 10.5 ft which is dual aspect overlooking the front of the house and the back garden, with the door which leads out onto the patio and garden. Bedroom 1 is large and looks onto the nature reserve, it is 11.5ft x 11ft and has a built wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is 15ft x 7ft, it has a built wardrobe and is 'L' shaped. This bedroom looks onto the garden. Bedroom 3 is a large box room (9ft x 11ft) with built wardrobe. It overlooks the front of the house The bathroom is 7ft x 4ft, the hallway is 14.5ft x 6ft and the landing is 13.5ft x 6.5ft. The house has solar panels meaning free hot water when the sun shines. This house has a level access and wide door's, you can park within 10ft from your front door. This home is currently being decorated. Although we do live on an estate it is very quiet here and you would not know that you are living within a mile of Reading town center.

The neighborhood is safe for children to play outside in the cul-de-sac because it is a no through road. and has park/field with a community center and nursery 2 minutes from the house. It is a 15 minute walk from the River Thames and a 20 minute walk into Reading Town Center. Will consider any rural/coastal areas, but will also consider anywhere if the house is suitable to us.Must have off road/allocated parking and access to the back garden. ALL AREAS CONSIDERED.
